Maker project
This is your opportunity to show the world the work that has been keeping you up at night. So if you are tirelessly tinkering with a tech project that solves complex problems and has
applications in the real world, and can use an extra $500, the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) wants to hear from you.

How to Enter

Fill out the entry form for your chance to win. Site users will vote on their favorite submissions. Top vote-getters in each category will be sent to our expert panel of judges who will select one finalist from each category. The grand prize winner will be selected by an IEEE member.

Finalists in each submission category will receive a $50 Amazon gift card (or equivalent value in local currency) and have their project spotlighted on IEEE Transmitter and IEEE Potentials.

One second prize winner will receive $150 Amazon gift card (or equivalent value in local currency). The grand prize winner’s project will be spotlighted on IEEE Transmitter, will also receive a $500 Amazon gift card (or equivalent value in local currency) and a one-hour video mentoring session with Tom Coughlin, who will help the winner take their project to the next level.
