Previous competitions and winners
The CBZ Youth Entrepreneurship Program was launched last year and the top three entrepreneurs won $3000, $2000 and $1500 respectively. Sipho Mudzingwa won first prize for her mobile kitchen business called Chigutiro: Food on Wheels. Runners up were Kudakwashe Chinya whose business is making satchels and Alson Jasi who makes road signage.
The other finalists each got $500 from CBZ. This year’s edition is definitely worth going for as the stakes are higher. Competition will however also be stiffer than last year’s edition
